Cupping

Our staff is trained in skilled application of myofascial decompression therapy (aka cupping) to treat acute and chronic conditions.

Blood Flow Restriction Training

Some of our physical therapists are certified in BFRT, an advanced technique that helps build strength, muscle mass, and cardiovascular health using light weights and low resistance. By temporarily restricting blood flow with a specialized cuff during exercise, BFRT mimics the effects of heavy lifting making it ideal for those recovering from injury, surgery, or age related muscle loss. It’s safe, well-studied, and highly effective in both rehab and performance settings.

 

Laser Therapy

We have invested in a class 4 therapeutic laser from Summus Medical Lasers. Laser is a powerful way to treat pain and inflammation in superficial tissues. 

Platinum Full Body Red Light Therapy

Like a recharge station for your cells. Helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and promote recovery.
